Erin - Head of School.png

Erin Kline is an experienced educational leader who believes schools thrive when students are truly known, families feel deeply connected, and talented educators are supported to do their very best work. At the heart of her leadership is a simple belief: when people feel that they belong, remarkable learning and growth become possible.

For more than 15 years, Erin has helped shape vibrant, inclusive learning communities where strong educational practice and a deep understanding of students go hand in hand. During her years at Fraser Academy, she held senior leadership roles spanning academics, teaching and learning, school operations, faculty development, and community outreach. Throughout that journey, she developed particular expertise in creating environments where neurodivergent learners are understood for who they are, challenged in meaningful ways, and given the support and opportunities they need to flourish.

That commitment to inclusive education has also taken Erin beyond the walls of a single school. Through her partnership with the Beaufort Delta Divisional Education Council in the Northwest Territories, she has worked across eight communities with school leaders, educators, and support teams to strengthen inclusive practice and create learning environments designed to support the strengths and needs of a wide range of learners.

Erin holds an MBA and an M.Ed. and has presented nationally and internationally on neurodiversity, executive function, and well-being; yet relationships remain at the centre of how she leads.

Erin is passionate about building on the magic of Madrona: its curiosity, warmth, individuality, and strong sense of community. For Erin, the heart of a school is found in genuine partnership, a shared sense of purpose, and joy in learning, with every student known, challenged, and celebrated for exactly who they are.
