Carlene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She has extensive experience working with both children and adults with special needs. Prior to coming to Madrona, she worked in one-on-one behavioral intervention for children with an autism spectrum disorder. She has also spent time as a support worker for at-risk youth. Carlene enjoys traveling and spends her free time at the gym, reading, and painting at home.
