Basia Pakula

Basia joined the Board of Directors in 2021. She also serves on the Governance Committee.

Basia has a background in research and public policy. With a Ph.D. in Population and Public Health, she has led and published research centered on improving outcomes of equity-seeking groups across employment, health, and social sectors. She currently works as a senior research associate at the Social Research and Demonstration Corporation, a not-for-profit research organization. She has a particular interest in structural approaches to equity, and a passion for working collaboratively.
